Somdej amulets is produced by many temples in Thailand. All temples would have their own identity on the amulets that they congregate. example the amount of level he is sitting on..
Nonetheless all these amulets are bless by monks for a period of time in respective temples and some are made with herbs and holy relics that maybe very old in number of years.
The many tiers/layers which I know of is Somdej Ketchaiyo located in Bangkok. History of this temple is Somdej Buddhacharn Toh have also frequented the temple during his days about 140 years ago.
