Haiyaa ... why la every time must restore. This thing happen coz u uninstall HWpen. The early version of the app already known for causing SOD (Spinning-wheel Of Death) and there's a solution for it.
Mmmm .... since u already restore than no point la telling the solution.

No service? Did you just done a "jailbreak" only without "unlocking" your iPhone? Since you have restore your iPhone..I think everything in the phone is gone.
