Managed to get the QOS to work....

was hosting a Dota game and downloading with Thunder at the same time. (DL150/UL26)

no one in my game complained ... guess the firmware is really doing a great job...

even if i max out the Thunder, my mom still can surf without problem on the other computer.!

Original Linksys firmware will drop my internet every once in a while for no reason(although i've set Max Idle :9999mins), and then i must restart, because the router won't redial, even after i click reconnect from the Router Config Page.

My TOMATO firmware is the latest one, v1.25 .

Anyone has proper configurations for the IP/MAC BW Limit? Tried but still no luck in having it to work. It just won't limit my other laptop.

Even QoS isn't working, just a simple test putting in a 300kbps at the download bandwidth still I'm getting 1mbps.

4. i usually use ports to match my classification as it's easier since most important applications have known ports. so for example if you play dota, we know its port 6110-6119. so configure dst port 6110-6119, for both TCP/UDP. and set it to highest priority.

So there you go, you have your QoS and bandwidth allocation configured. play around and tweak your QoS classification and percentage settings for each class to suit your needs. double and make sure that all your important ports are configured and you're good to go
