want to improve yr Tomato. recommend start going thru Tomato Support Section page-by-pageor try this link My Tomato experiences by rhester72there is many tweak & feature to be discover. i spent 3 day reading thru "Tomato Support Section" complete my 1st 10% out 100%  now only need right time, to test out scripts  good luck 2 everyone |

if my memory serve me right, for TCP vegas mod.
reason u get lower UL&DL speed, it to maintain the consistent latency
TCP vegas is not for everyone, it really depend user & internet application.
even QoS is not bullet proof. i still stick with my trial & error.
sadly i'm lack of time testing out TCP vegas.
