not really need to wait for 3 weeks.. it really depends wan.. last tme my ex didnt wait for that long also..
maybe when ur fren went there that time so ngam got alot of ppl lor..
if the design is small, den ofcos they can finish it in just 1 day..
but im sure they need to go there for another time for the touch up.. unless ur fren didnt go for touch up lor..
smmore they dont charge u if u go back to do the touch up..

and yeah.. for me i think really worth it compared to others..
