any pic of your fren's engine bay? interested to know how the K&N open-pod looks likeĀ  tongue.gif
*
oh. will take a pic next time k.

but iianm, it's 2.5 or 2.75 or 3 inch K&N open pod. the intake steel (what issit called again?) is made by SAVOC member. and somehow there are some incompatibility so have to fork out $$ again for the size converter silicon.

ugh guys, im in the midst of buying a savvy H-line 2007 model right now.

but i cant choose whether to pick energy orange or genetic silver. im ok with both colors.

energy orange looks refreshing, while genetic silver, when put into 14"/15" gold-coloured replica impul rims will look abit like impul latio sport tongue.gif

Yeah... tht small engine... got powerful monster inside... haha... but cannot beat neo la..~~

But i think it's smaller cuz it's sohc...
*
was with my friend chasing a open-pod, R3 exhaust Neo. savvy won on pickup. but when it's around 160km/h and more, horsepower comes into play. so the neo slowly starts to distance itself from us.

savvy clubbers,

my savvy friend (the one in the youtube vid that Hypermount posted at the 1st page, 73WHP savvy) is going for drag race at UIA Gombak.

let's hope that he will get at least the 3rd place for 1100~1500cc NA category.

savvy rocks!

ps: his 0-100km/h now around 9~10sec depending on how good he launches

are savvy's clutch heavy???because my mom was compaining bout de savvy's clutch all the time while i think it's oki....wad do u guys think??
QUOTE(Junyen @ Mar 18 2009, 10:03 PM)
I think it's kinda heavy if you compare it with myvi's... I think continental clutches are like that
QUOTE(death_nite @ Mar 18 2009, 10:22 PM)
people in savoc.net keep complaining savvy's clutch for manual is hard. u gonna hurt ur knees. got some tips how to soften it i think. smile.gif
my friend's savvy clutch is quite hard. at first i thought he was using some sport or racing clutch sweat.gif

QUOTE(death_nite @ Mar 22 2009, 02:21 AM)
what do u mean "i dont think so"?

if u mean savvy is not a fun car, then test drive it. take corner at high speed. push it to the limit. u will get addicted. nod.gif if u dont think this is fun, then take saga.
yeah, savvy is a fun car to drive biggrin.gif

QUOTE(mutt @ Mar 22 2009, 03:44 AM)
savvy is a fun car, but u r funny tongue.gif JK

try to take corner at hi-speed then u know the meaning of fun for savvy.. to get more fun drive savvy AMT nod.gif
i disagree. i guess savvy manual is more fun than AMT. with AMT, u cant rev up to the limit as the gearbox will auto shift when it reaches 6k iianm. and the shifting is so......slow.

i thought 6k is the rev cut? do u mean manual can go beyond 6k?

ya i agree the amt shift is kinda slow.
*
6.2k is the rev cut for manual. dunno for AMT though.though my friend's savvy rev cut sometimes will go to 6.4k (the one in youtube vid on the 1st page)

while revving and enjoying the sound, this thought came into my mind, what if my savvy is modified with powerful exhaust and open pod since mine's still very very der standard. sure ganaz! sooo...
*
enjoying the sound everyday cos i tumpang my friend's savvy everyday to college biggrin.gif K&N open pod + aftermarket exhaust + swirl bullet sounds nice, and when 4k+ RPM, there's a sound like open VTEC lol. most probably the sound is due to the swirl bullet sweat.gif

Just a question. Do you guys find ur front tyres cepat botak??

Mine is about 21,000 km (overdue for service, maybe this week i go), but the front tyre's seems quite used compared to the rear.

I thnk my Myvi which clocked over 35,000 km is not so bald (but maybe because the tyre size is different lar.).

Anyway, my alignment seems to run off a bit now, will need to do wheel alignment comes the service.

I'm planning to change the front tyre's to the rear and vice-versa. Do you guys do it at 20,000km???
*
what tyre u use?NCT 5?
