i booked silver at first then i changed to black savvy, but i got a called couple of days ago saying that black dont hv stock..so i change to silver again..so hopefully i could get my car in the end of this month...and hopefully it was not an old stock lor~! i did told them edi..i want 2008 stock..
silver look nice too...but how it look if i spray the front lamp like davidmu savvy

In a meantime, I compiled reviews from Carsurvey website.  All I can say's that 8/10 POSITIVE reviews, 1/10 bashers and the other 1/10 not used to AMT gearbox.
Why I want to blog about Savvy?
Coz Savvy owners so far no complaints about their car in terms of Reliability, Maintenance and Ride/Handling.  Most of them actually sing praises to their Savvy.  This is 100% contrary to SAVVY BASHERS in Autoworld.

my car vibrate during take off. went to sc yesterday and they change the ignition coil but the problem persist.
It feels like wanna stall when u released too much clutch during take off (accelerate from stationary). during afternoon the vibration is lesser. btw mine is amt. maybe got problem with the clutch?

Anybody here has a clear line cut on the problem fixed from 2007 to 2008 model?
I also test drove the 1st batch AMT from one of SA cars, no problem, smooth and I like it. But surfing around and asking around my circle of friends who owned it push me back from getting one.

It's normal. As far as I know you can't disable. There was once on the highway my blinkers came on for no reason (at first I thought it was no reason la hehe) then I realized what was actually going on, stopped at the side to close the boot

Thought of buying AMT, but read a lots of problem discussed in savoc. Quite a bit worry of getting one.
How is your manual performs? Did she kacau or mengamuk?
Wondering that will P1 fix all these problems for the 2009 batch. But I guess mostly not.

regarding AMT. unsolved overheated problems. which reduce it life span.

i dont think 2009 batch will be problem free. proton still same. maybe savoc need to discuss with MD himself b4 trying next step. haha.

when car stop, didnt change to N. amt pump will easily overheated; suddenly from D turn to M mode. those things will reduce amt lifespan. well, basically, the heat itself kill the pump.
thats y in savoc, they discuss how to reduce this heat.
though right now, i do things to prevent the pump from overheated, each time after i drive my car, i will try to touch the amt pump. its so HOT!
