My jerking problem start again....

Means the cable re-arrangement don't work.

both SC & dealer said there's no error recorded and yet all value very stable.

One of the Senior technical support said all savvy actually suffering from the problem and the jerk is not like TDC, coil & TB.

it's just that a minor power loss between 1000 to 2000rpm sporadically after an engine start. My actually so called hard to start is just I need to turn the key longer than usual & not the extend that need several crank.

They blamed on the ECU or it's relavant engine start initialization SW which is yet to solve.

Now my question is, ARE THESE PPL TALKING TRUTH????

already go to proton dealership to book one savvy... salesman said savvy 2007 already out of stock.. but he'll try to double check.

i confuse which one is 07 model? is it the same look as the first model? i mean the one that look like waja front from the back? if that one then i might want to get new model instead.

Yupe. The promotion is extended to end of September. Might just book one for myself by the end of this month, since I see alot of good feebacks from you all. Btw, I have been hunting for car to test drive for almost 2 months but couldnt find any so far. I might be dropping by the Proton Show room along NKVE cause I saw the group of fancy Savvys are back from their road show. I missed the roadshow and all the Savvys were not around for test drive the last time I went there.

But the was I think I will go for the Metal Gray... Looks cool

Oh oh I almost forgot... I was at a dealers in Kelana Jaya just next to that second hand shop... they guy told me that if I get the car from him M-LIne, he could install the following for me for a small sum of RM1.8k
1) Tinting with safety protection (things could not puncture through your tint)
2) Reverse Sensor
3) Security Lock (by locking the brake pedal)
4) Auto Central Lock when you hit the brakes after you have started the car.

I think its a very good deal there...

Cannot speed over 90km/h due to ECU faulty(everytime drive at highway at left lane also slower than trucks,those kind of feelin sucks). Whooo hoo after 1 month and 2 week wait finally the service centre has fix my savvy...Tonight want to speed more than 100km/h....that kind of feeling is like prisoner been release hahahaha....is REV time

already use up to 300km... nice and fun car to drive.. nothing to comment bout the exterior and performance.. but the interior... so lame and cheap.. the built were so rough. the plastic got torn at the edge here and there. my dad's 10 years old kancil got electric side mirror, but this one have to adjust manually. 

oh well.. guess have to sacrifice that to get nice performance cheap car. 

Sad yesterday out run by a Myvi ...... when i fifth gear able to maintain with him, but when we stop at the traffic light then when the traffic light turn green we both starts pickup but i totally cannot chase that myvi....I am using AMT switchin to semi-manual...is like WTF !@#$% ... That myvi looks like auto and no mod at all but pickup fast like shittt....Some more i was wondering why AMT manual 5th gear ratio so long ah? I start changin 5th gear when i was about 70km/h then with 5th gear i drag until 150 km/h the rpm is about 5000 sounds over rev already....hmmm the gear ratio not balance? Any AMT user got this problem? Is it normal?

I am still learning about this car, because until today i still cannot find is potential.

Can anyone with AMT transmission test this for me?

Try to turn the key to ON while pressing the brake pedal & start the car to see if it jerks?

Then try not to press the brake pedal while turn the key to ON & start the car.

Just realize my car have such behavior where AMT 2nd gear jerk occur when I turn the key ON while accidentally pressed the brake pedal. Maintained a while NOT to press brake pedal when turn on the key for 2 weeks already since my last post & no jerk already...However my AMT warning flashed twice for this period when I stopped at traffic light... According to SC the error is due to some wirings short circuit or disconnected. however since it doesn't interfere with the car's operation + it lit for approx 5 seconds only, so far no action done except resetting the error code....

I'm just received my savvy last week. Silver color H-line AMT.
I heard a lot of problem on AMT ..i'm already scared. I notice that everytime changing gear got sound from kruk..kruk.. especially on gear 1 until 3. Is it normal??? The 1st gear also change around 2.5rpm..not feel good when drive slowly around 10-15km/j in jalan kampung ..always jerk2 due to high rev.

haha not really, i like the small look inside out. and the kinda sporty look. im not those kind family guy thats why opt for a small hatchback car. however the SA given me my Saga before a Savvy so hey no harm. haha. Herm . . . Maintaining a Savvy would be better than maintaining a SAGA?
