Accident free, condition is superb and i'll post the pics later tonite.  Mileage only 60K, its my 3rd car and all service history well kept for reference.

only sometimes quite heavy.. but always chg gear at max 3k rpm only... and full city drive... urs 16km/l got highway?
those bars kinda link up ur suspensions... when ur rght tire hit a pothole, the left 1 will depress too... ride comfort not so good... but if u can sacrifice it for cornering ability, then it's really a good way...

rm18-20 means around 10 liters of petrol... 200km/10l.. 20km/l... damn good!:D
Is your car a new car? as in, 1 or 2 yrs old? cuz i think facelifted savvy's are not so good in fuel consumption anymore... the build quality is bad too... Mine, everything is so loose, vibrate everywhere... and the engine is so much rougher... real sad... but very happy when i rev it to 5.5k rpm... hahah

Took a day off.. went arnd till Puchong to check out used Savvy. Tmrw will go the opposite direction.

What I found out today.. most of these Savvy got bodykit installed by the used car dealers. My guess is they want to jack up the price. Condition ok, interior clean.

But, the salesmen damn lansi... if u asked to many Qs they would lose interest and didnt want to pay attention to u anymore saying things such "ok if serious we talk somemore etc"

Then, TEST DRIVE is a no-no. While, others asked u to put down deposit first. 

Some more most offer no warranty. D'oh!

And, the price advertised is "best already" meaning no bargain, bargain and no asking for more stuff.

The price for Bestari indeed is higher than savvy,myvi,blm. But as u guys know, the promotion from naza currently makes the car is affordable and by spending rm400 per month, 0 dp & 0 interest, the car is urs. I am about to buy a savvy, with installment per month is around rm500. With that amount, i hv several options which i have stated in the previous topic.. now still wondering but my heart keep saying that goes for sAvvY~!

err.. i saw one savvy with audio control steering ? H line eh ? or the dude change to gen2 steering ?
my savvy lite is 1yrs old and now absorber leaking both front and back.. looking at the price..!

yesterday i made a record for my Savvy FC. RM50 can go 528km!! that's equal to 19km/L!   

i can get this figure becos of;

1. i lighten my foot (used to be heavy footer) 
2. 15% city the rest on plus highway
3. average speed 90km/h ( for the 1st time i drive really slow on highway. really torture me 

btw mine is AMT. clocked 70k KM alrdy
who's from JB here? may i know where's the best SC for Savvy in JB? got any place like RS auto in Puchong?

haihyo read savvy forum everywhere until today still dont have any solution for smooth gear shifting in AMT. Always got loss in power during gear changing and when go up slope sometimes one big jerk for you which scares all your car passengers lol

i dont think there is any performance improvement, but the sweet tone of it makes me want to rev to 4k-5k every gear. maybe good for gearshift indication kua.

carefour starts to sell savvy air filter  at rm23.90

waht is the optimum shifting for performance.
i did 1st gear 0-30 ,2nd to 60 , 3rd to 80 , 4th to 100,

tried shell b4. will try bhp and petronas later on. maybe caltex.

shell feel a lil bit underpowered. not really noticeable though.

Proton Cars (UK) Ltd managing director Brian Collier said the company's target had been to sell about 1,000 units this year.

The larger base of repeat customers and efforts to keep costs down helped the company to surpass its full year target, he said.

"We are actually 10 per cent ahead of our target, which is extremely nice given the difficult market condition here," he told Malaysian journalists here Wednesday.

He said car sales in the UK market was expected to drop to 1.7 million this year from 2.4 million two years ago.

Currently, Proton sells four models - Gen.2, Persona, Satria and Savvy - in the UK.

Its best selling model is the Savvy that makes up about 40 per cent of total sales.

haha.. i now a confirmed member of savvy amt problem owner..
last 2 day, without what so ever warning or devil passingby, my savvy started to jerk off again but now really bad.. the timing become unstable and the car will eventually died off.. even worst, died on hill road traffic light! and cause panic to myself.. jalan a bit.. die again.. go to D, it kick back to N.

call the sc to make appointment but only wednesday can send the car.

duh!

I think it's regardless how old and the mileage.. Mine was less than 1 year old (7-8 months) and mileage was less than 7k km, when I encounter this problem... 2 sensors and ignition coil KO together... Luckily warranty covers all of it...
