Something I wrote for myself and wishes to share with everyone else smile.gif

First released here...

DefragMe
Released Date: 19th July 2008
Version: 1.2
Freeware Software

The Windows Disk Defragmenter can only defrag 1 drive at 1 time. In other words, you can only click on 1 drive to defrag and wait for it to complete before able to click on another drive to defrag.

With DefragMe, you will be able to click on all the drives to defrag at one go. You will not need to wait for 1 drive to complete defrag before able to click on another drive to defrag.

DefragMe is actually utilizing Windows Disk Defragmenter DOS command function to queue all the selected drive to defrag. This is not a 3rd party defragmenter program.

Now you can defrag all your drives and go do something else!

Update 1.1:-
Hide subst Drive

Update 1.2:-
Disable Start button if no drive is selected

DefragMe is only an extension to the Windows Disk Defragmenter. DefragMe is not as advance as JKDefrag or other defrag program where it uses it's own defrag function.

DefragMe main purpose is to queue all the drives to be defrag. That's about it. It does not provide any other features beyond Windows Disk Defragmenter capability.

The reason why I wrote this program is because I use Windows Disk Defragmenter and I have multiple hard drives. In order to defrag all my hard drives, I have to wait for 1 to finish before able to defrag others. A little troublesome there. With this tool, I can defrag all my hard drives at night, and set to shutdown after defrag. No need to wait

It utilize the Windows Disk Defragmenter (which is the Windows builtin defrag program). Only added the extension to defrag multiple drive
