i may be able to help you figure this out, but 1st, i need to know what type of property you bought. also, has the individual title been issued or is it still under master title? and, is it freehold or leasehold?

actually nowadays there is no more consent required to transfer a residential property. all you need is the developer's confirmation letter. how long it will take depends on the developer. anywhere from 3 days to 2 months. if you tell me the name of the developer i may be able to give you an estimate, that is if i have any properties with them.

yes, letter of consent from land office/state authority is only required for leasehold. you don't need that.
