and this is the weird part, loose my small belly which is abit annoying, i dont like it. i know i look skinny, i have skinny apendetures, lengthy but skinny.
well this is my summary of the next few days work out (will just do cardio on rest days if possible)
Day 1 18th June 2008:
I worked out before the italy france match , i just got semangat and did some cardio
30X push ups
50X sit ups
50X crunches
50 times (i dont know whats it called), where you lie on the floor, raise your legs 90 degrees upwards, using your abdominal musscles to push upwards.
watched match and slept, woke up to have tofu, vege soup, rice, chicken( sweet and sour) ice lemon tea.
tea i had two scoops of peanut butter, a bit of bread, tea one scoop sugar, one sweet roll, and cheese
after that around 9 i went:
50X sit ups
50X crunches
20X push ups
30X (using dumbells) i really dont know whats it called, but its basic lifting of dumbells, very light though 5kg warm up
20X pull down on metal bar 7(machine)
10X Lats Pull down on 7
20X benchpress on 6
and this is it, the killer, i went for a 4 to maybe 5 kg jog, approximately 30+minutes with a very slow pace to burn my excess fats around my belly.
i dont know any one with this problem though, my skinny friends are just skinny, im skinny but with a small layer though, sucks man.
