dont wait until 2 week b4 registration. u need to go back and collect the SSPN card at ipoh. it will be difficult for u.
i go to PTPTN website, they had stated the date for applying the loan:

yup, surat akuan form 5 that u got along with surat berhenti

for first sem we have to pay both type of fees. they already total up for us right? yuran tak berulang (for orientation) we only pay once. next sem u only have to pay for yuran berulang only and yuran desasiswa if u want to stay in hostel. for desasiswa im not really sure, i will for yuran pengajian b4 registration. yuran desasiswa, i will pay there since we dont even know what type of room that we get.

in the senarai semak they stated to bring Sijil-sijil lain for Proses Penyemakan Sijil. (refer to page 12) i've read in the book, sijil-sijil lain are docs that we used to apply for USM. so thats include birth cert, sijil berhenti sekolah and etc right?

try to apply using temporary SSPN acc num. e.g: 00+NO IC
my bro said he used temporary acc to apply. maybe u can try or ask PTPTN officer

Since i havent got the surat tawaran yet.

Can anyone please list down all the things(document and other important things which is not listed in the online buku panduan) that i need to prepare?

So far, i know that we need to prepare the surat berhenti sekolah.(not listed in the online buku panduan)

apparently i checked with the tawaran kursus and see if they offer professional malay for this intake and it seems like the course is there. @_@  but not the literasi one.
for my course... they don't state it there if u look carefully. they only state the pusat pengajian. so if they do take profesional BM for this intake.. if u think logically.. 20 people.. and take 10 people in one course..hahaha

i have a feeling there might only be 10 people as my coursemates in USM.    XD

you all have to tell me your course and your future 1 year hostel.
then i can tell you your energy+time wasted for the next 1 year.

walao, exotic course. i never heard of it also.
ur school is one thing nia la.
cause classes are different. they are at all different dewan kuliah.

If you kena pusat bahasa then congratz la. far far away. walk till your shirt soaked in sweats.

if dk, soooo near to fajar harapan.

kena sk same like your school nia.
sk is bigger dewan opposite your school. climb hill also but not that far.

no matter wat couse kena restu mean everyday wake up 1-2 hour before class liao la. if kena 9am 10am class, lagi congratz.
the sardin packed inside bus will be a normal sight for you later on.
GO BUY A BIKE ASAP!

car sticker u cant really get one. even for illegal. they will check with their control centre one.

9am class you have to wake up at 7~730am lo.
motobike also cannot one. but they not strict with motobike at all.
only cars they very pantang.

can apply jpa. thats the thing we have to sacrifice if we're dedicated to do something.
