I wanna ask...the loan from ptptn..is there a chance tat we might not get it?

Here in the newspaper state tat no need open SSPN account..how can we ask?!

#  Laman web ini hanya boleh dilayari dengan menggunakan Internet Explorer versi 6 dan ke atas.
# Hanya pemohon yang telah mendapat tawaran kemasukan ke IPT boleh memohon pinjaman PTPTN.
# Sila pastikan pemohon memenuhi keperluan berikut SEBELUM membuat permohonan secara atas talian (online):

  1. Memenuhi syarat-syarat permohonan pinjaman PTPTN.
  2. Mempunyai No. Pin yang boleh diperolehi dari Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN). No. Pin hanya sah 6 bulan selepas tarikh daftar permohonan (Pendaftaran Kali Pertama).
  3. Membuka akaun simpanan (persendirian) mengikut bank yang telah ditetapkan oleh IPT masing-masing. (kecuali bagi pelajar UM, USIM, USM & Caw. UUM dan UTMKL untuk sesi kemasukan Julai 2008 / 2009 di mana pembukaan akaun bank diuruskan oleh pihak IPT).
  4. Membuka akaun Skim Simpanan Pendidikan Nasional (SSPN) PTPTN. Akaun tersebut hendaklah dibuka selewat-lewatnya 2 minggu sebelum tarikh tutup permohonan. Tarikh tutup permohonan boleh dirujuk pada laman web PTPTN di alamat www.ptptn.gov.my
  5. Mempunyai alamat e-mel yang sah bagi urusan rasmi PTPTN.
  6. Menyelesaikan keseluruhan hutang pinjaman terdahulu sekiranya pernah mendapat pinjaman PTPTN tetapi gagal / berhenti / mendapat penaja lain / membatalkan pinjaman.

Btw,the SSPN account needed for PTPTN...need parent's signature also?Pendeposit is parents,penerima is myself..and penama is who?
SSPN will arrived after 1 month?Wat the heck?i tot it's suppose to be an account?Wat r they going to send u?And yea how do we get the 1st payment which i need it to pay for my 1st sem during registeration?
