lol i just read your thread about the level of degree

enrol = entry rite? Selected/chosen students should report to the uni on the first week of July usually. This year's i think will be 29th of June (Maybe)
how to increase %? i'm not exactly sure. Maybe u can:
1/ Do a research, on what course requires what minimal CGPA for entry (i remember there was a chinese site for this last time)
2/ U have good co-curricular record?
