Really have a lot of questions, but most of them answered when I browse thru this thread
Only have few more question:
1)I get KOLEJ TUANKU CANSELOR, is it safe there? I need to bring my laptop during first day, will it be any problem?

2)We can apply ptptn during Orientation week right?

3)My roommate will be senior or newcomer?

4)Anybody here from the same faculty as me? Share share experience

Can I bring my own lock? Because I have to bring everything during first week as I'm staying far..

If got laptop locker, scare they still can grab the laptop and runaway. I will bring a lock, and also get a laptop locker

I cant bring it after orientation because i'm don't live near UTM. So can only depends on the lock..

Oh, that's good news! And how's the Internet connection in KTC?

I got one question about registering courses..My questions is :
1) We need to choose everything one by one or it's in a package?

2) Can I take more subjects on first year, then less on second or third?

I printed those too...Aih aih aih...

For new scholar, do you guys notice that at the back of the book, have a section where we need to post the card, whether we accept or not. But we've done it online. So really confuse here.

So do we need to post it?

How do we pay the registration fees? They doesn't include any bank slip to me in the postage..

Btw, I already found out the procedure. Maybe it's like this:
1. open a cimb account.
2. enable ur account for internet transaction.
3. deposit the fees into ur account.
4. register at cimbclicks, then transfer the money to utm.

Does KTC has internet connection?

UTM will charge you RM60, so if your place is cheaper, then no need to do it at utm.

Can buy batik at Jusco, The Store , Parkson..Not hard to find, no need to go until Kelantan to find

Hmm, I got a question about Short Sem..For mechanical Engineering, is the short sem for every undergrad or just for those who fail?

But I'm in mechanical engineering, and I've counted the credit hours, which include the 2 credit hours for my first short sem..So I guess it's compulsory for mechanical students..I hope I'm wrong ><

Haha, thanks for the reply So now I can confirm that I have to go thru the short sem. Was hoping for somebody to say that short sem is optional ..

2 bar signal is too weak, that's why you cant get the internet signal..
