No need anything. Just photostat on normal A4 paper, when you ask the pengetua certify the clerk will stamp on the paper and the pengetua will sign... The stamp will have words like "saya memastikan dokumen ini benar dan mengesahkan blablabla" etc, it varies with pengetua la ==
