The programme won't focus so much on debate, rather it's to bring in UTM students to have some casual 'arguing sessions' ()

Added on September 20, 2008, 3:09 amthere is a place near Plaza Pelangi if you want to register for IELTS..i want to register to..the earliest they have for the IELTS is around october..to many people want to take that test..i'm thinking about registering for november if available..
