@Syukri, sure, songkoks are allowed. Just don't wear short pants when u're in campus, even when you're not having classes, as you're staying in k1. UTMKL's rules are very very strict. Observe monday's formal dress code, or summons will be dealt    I had my fair share of it 

so the fist year student will explore the UTM by themselves..UTM just give where to go but u the one have to find it urself..depend on u to go or not...if u wanna sleep the whole week or go JB no one will stop u...BUT u may be lost something important..
