I can't comment much on the 3D aurora 570, but my bro using the original 3D aurora, it has not good ventilation bcoz his graphic card was blowing the hot air towards the HDD, this makes his 3 HDD warm up and the front intake not strong enuf to get it cool sufficiently, but the 2x 120mm exhaust fan does it's job coz with the Zalman CPU cooler, his Pentium D 930 can be cooled to 20C in an airconditioned room, only thing the bottom part of the casing is hot due to the 7800GT blowing all the hot air in.

I think of using the Vizo cooler like the one in Uncle ianho's King Kong II, it should solve some issues with it, or make sure the VGA cooler is blowing the hot air towards the back of the casing.

do we need special motherboard to fit as BTX or normal motherboard can also support btx??? i'm using abit kn9s btw, can i fix as btx on armor jr??

Definitely need to mod it to fit the BTX style. U'll be changing not only the back face plat, but also the mobo area to the opposite. I think there's some 1 doing a conversion for it. Otherwise, uncle ianho will definintely be able to advice and guide u well on doing the conversion.

How about the CM Stacker 830 Silver. Its on promo for RM 650 at the moment. hehe, but its not so much for showing off since the side panel is just a mesh with a holder for 4 fans to cool ur system inside.

There r another 1 more designs available for the stacker and 1 for the 632. Its sure looks nice, but the price for end users r just crazy. I'm sure most air-brush painters wouldn't charge that extreme for such small case when compared to a car.

Anyway, I like the blue flame style. There's 1 on the Stacker with the tank designs, looks real cool for those COH players sets. I'll see if I can upload the pics or not. I think might b available from the official CM website: www.coolermaster.com

soo...stacker 832 should be no problem if added water cooling??
*
Most large casing won't have any problems. Depends on ur budget, choice of cooling and also looks of the casing.
If u r in SG, u can look for Gary aka uglyvamp to do the mod for u, but it'll be for a price. He'll b able to recommend and prep the WC stuff too.

If u r in M'sia, u got loads of options.

For ur casing option at around that budget, u can consider: Stacker 832, Stacker 830, Lian Li V1000 Plus II, Lian li V1000Z, Silverstone TJ09, Silverstone TJ07, Thermaltake Armor+ and many more. Go for Lian Li or Silverstone if u like simplicity, the rest r more fancy stuffs.

For ur specs, as long as u use good coolers on ur CPU then it won't give u overheating issue. A simple front intake and back exhaust system is enough to cool it sufficiently. If u wanna oc high speed, then u'll need to make better airflow.
