Budget 500 buck (ok, maybe 600 if you need to push it). Help suggest some casing and psu combo thats as silent as it gets. Aesthetic value and brand doesnt matter. The rig doesnt need to be pretty or run cool. Its only for 24/7 torrenting. Current setup is too noisy to sleep with, and its 2 meter away.

For CPU I just bought a 60mm papst fan from allngap. Havent slap it on yet as I need to find some long screws (its 25mm thick, compared to stock fan 10mm). That fan is silent alright.

Currently there are only 2 fans in there, the CPU and PSU.
Once I slap on the 60mm papst using whatever way I can, that should solve 1 problem. How about PSU? I dont want to waste my cash on some crazy powerful PSU. It can be a cheapo 350w PSU as long as its silent. Any recommendation?

The cheapo casing I'm using is currently filled with slot holes. Does this affect noise a lot, or just a miniscule amount that its not worth spending 300-400 on a new casing?
