Go Lian Li ... lots of models fit into ur budget and has features that better than giga or thermaltake ..

Antec would be good choice as well .. but aluminum case is still the best interior looking case ...

Those two giga case aren't using aluminum, I would suggest either go for CM690 or another Lian Li model that has good cooling property PC-A16...

It also depend other factor that decide which case to use ..

because one might want more HDDs space than CM690 could accommodate more without issue.

If u want more HDDs space then u could choose A-16 and add another HDD cage .. it would allowed u to install up to 6 Hdds and no need to worry about over heat and noise issues..

You could visit ATE at LYP to have a look of the case ..

Tell the staff u are interested to have a view of the case ....

if 6kg also would break your back I don't think there's any other than laptop would suit ur requirement ..

any case with complete hardwares would be around 12kg...

so even with the lightest case at 3.5 kg Silverstone Sugo-03 could break ur kame turtle back (joke)...

btw the case could only accomodate m-atx mobo .. so make sure u have the right hardwares to run within the case ...

Both are good and pretty similar in term of size and built quality..

however V2000 has better looks and ventilation in the upper zone

while TJ-07 has good compartment at the lower part for water cooling or multiple HDDs ..

If u could fine a first hand full tower case around RM250, u are really got tons of luck to get it ..

There's lots of definition that one could describe regarding above term .. .

Mod for aesthetic, mod for cooling, mod for water cooling and etc ..

Don't use the term without specifying what u want to achieve ..

coz there are many forumer that ask long list of question just to form a simple question "Which case should I choose according to my specific function [xxxx, xxxxx, and xxxx]"

but anyway it depend how many items within the system, u could still use mid tower case to go with wc which I would be assembling in two days time ....

Look for different brands starting from Silverstone, Lian Li, Gigabyte, Antec and etc

It only possible if it is second hand tower case ..

Yah shark is a mid tower with extended height only ...

beside it only extend by not much ...

There's no case in this world that could operate at silent mode if the heatsink inside is like a blower ... screaming and humming loudly ..

Instead of focusing of the case, better research of silent cooler and fans ..

those are the root of noise rather than the case alone..

You want big spaces then V2000 or TJ-07 are about the same, however the price does differ ..

as for V1200 its a nice one if u just need a bit more space than standard atx case length ... it would be nice to fit in long graphic cards ...

however have to watch out for the length of sata cables that connect to the HDD, cos standard length at 45cm might not reach nicely ...

It all depend on ur other requirement as all three cases are good in cooling performance . . if u have more HDDs than better choose TJ-07.. if not V1200 would be just nice ...

hmm actually V1200 also nice if u got long sata cable .. but a easy cut would be getting TJ-07 ....

Easy and manageable and could do BTX mod for optimum modding like uncle Ian always does with TJ-07 ...

Lowyat plaza is the ground to look for all these cases .. but u must have a sharp eyes to identify those goodies .. coz often it's hidden behind all those lower end cases.

yalah ..... there's only duct no side fan ... the side fan is for VGA zone ...

but it might be a different scenario with m-atx mobo ...

unless u need hell a lot of space to mount a wc kit or multiple HDD...

there's no need to go up to A71 .. unless u love it ...
