how's de environment in sabah? i heard is dangerous coz "dibanjiri" by pendatang asing ald.... plan to study UMS but scare of safety...

i heard tat UMS feng shui quite good.... everyday can c beautiful sea... syoknya~~~ n.. shoppin complex n cinema very near... is it walking distance from UMS main gate?
