Hi.. im a 3rd year student at UMS. welcome to all new students.

medic school is partially located at SKTM and SST, and SST do have wifi access.... as well as in all schools... but at limited area (like students lounge/foyer)..... and also in all administration building including dewan canselor n DKP...

and dont bother much about where u'll be staying as these are for temporary only. u'll be relocated to diff room n diff kg once msm finish.

dont scare ppl laa... and kolej KF does not exist anymore wat... Its only for Master and foreign students. Whoever staying in KF now are non-residents renting house or rooms on their own.

juniors matrix no is different... its BK0xxxxxxx(dunno how namy numbers actually... K is for Kejuruteraan, for sains is S and so on for other schools)

i know la bro... but seriously... there are much worst stuff happens in other uni's too... these are common stuff. wat to do they dont just focus on Uni students... crime rate in sabah is high mostly due to the presence of foreign immigrants.

Im also stayin in IP. in my 1st year during end of the year exam time(april 2007), my room also almost got broken into... the door was almost cracked into half. tht time PPIB exams all finish during 1st week itself, so most ppl went back by 2nd week of exam already... so ip like dead town... but i still like IP than KG... homely feeling

You cant expect Uni to send out all 4k++ letters at once. Mayb it is being sent in badges. From semenanjung to sabah, postel service is fast. But from sabah to semenanjung not really fast la. Just wait. Even if u dont have it, u can still get a copy once u are there. just inform them lo.

file will b given during MSM. u will get more stuff during MSM... u cant expect them to send everything by pos.

sure onot thahirah.... sabah is half the size of semenanjung... u already went to all major town meh? if like that, then u do travel alot la...

haha... im not angry la... i also doing geology. n i also went to all major towns except south-west area. But frankly, i dunno much about those place la... since all are fieldtrips. so kami orang batu pergi sana pecah batu saja...

my fren doing conservational biology. last sem they all went to danum valley.... haikzzz.... too bad my course got nothing to do there. i really wanna go there...

people learn from experience... let da juniors decide first after they experience it. dun poison them la kawan2...

and seriously... for those who can afford, rm150/month is not much.... but in calculation... staying inside is rm90/month.... you call that around the same price

but ya la... better facilities if rent own house. but first must have own transport... kf bus..

for me not much problem... im staying at IP...

where got HEP room per month... u pay 370/semester, so roughly 90 for roughly 4 months la...

waa... kesian u... jalan kaki frm KF... hui.. thats about 3km la... but good also... extra walking excercise

registration for 2006 n earlier intake students now online, no more manual.

i wanna ask 2007 batch students... can u guys register more than 24 credit hours online? the limit is 21. if take more need Dean's approval. but now online system, so i confuse still need some kind of approval onot.

any of you tried taking more than 21 credit hours?

'pendatang tanpa izin' not much trouble la... u r coming to study, n abit of socializing. Unless u stray out much during night time, n dangerous areas at Sabah, they dont pose much danger. Even then, it is still safe n peaceful compare to Semenanjung.

pengantar etika is mostly about moral aspects/ethics of life like abortion, homosexual, war, suicide, and so on... its quite interesting. Da lecturer also ok la... he'll make da students give opinions and personal views. Anyone wants book for dat subject ask me. I got 2 copies. Else u'll end up paying 35 for that. I give for free

there is no line at IP. u have to apply on your own la.... da phone cables there are for no use i guess. apply a new phone line plus streamyx. Dats da way to get streamyx in ur house.
