this mobo kinda picky in terms of ram..

try 500fsb and c..

this board is one of my fav...its a very easy board to oc...

oh yea..forget to mention...guess i mentioned alot of times...sumtimes, i mean certain rams cant run one dual channel mode for this board...i got frens that claimed 10th anni canot run on dual channel mode...funny aint it? but i was lucky, coz most of the rams i had worked beautifully..

tpower i45 is very choosy and picky in ram...try using 1 or 2 sticks to oc first b4 u proceed with 4 sticks..den only u will be able to figure out wheres the problem..

as for the raid and usb driver, u can download it from intel website...

perhaps u got any 1gb stick to try? i doubt ur board is choosy..hav u updated to the latest bios?
