Guys which program's temp readings are more accurate for the I45? Tpower2 or realtemp?

I'm using a X3320, sunbeam core contact freezer, 1.240Vcore, 467x7.5. Tpower2 reports my core temp (100% load) as 49C whereas realtemp reports 57-61C among the 4 cores. Ambient temp is around 24-25C (aircon room).

download coretemp latest version. it should have Tjmax set accordingly to intel spec. imho, it should be identical to ur Tpower2 reading.
