capsule should be alive one...need to keep in fridge else no use....u need to ask pharmacy next time when u purchase...i'm taking bion 3 now,which is not good,coz it's dry tablet...last time i bought bio-life,quite good...aside of that,i take calcium also...it helps reduce bloating and cause u to constipate...

pro-biotics u eat how many times a day??calcium will make u harder to pang sai,so if u no lau sai problem,don't take loh...and the calsium contain must got got magnesium one i think....else no use...after makan must drink a lot a lot of water...

not close also can lah,1st day kenal some also i dare....but i must say out then walk away kentut lah...coz i think if no say then just let go there,a bit rude....so must say and walk off....
