hi everyone,

i'm planning to get the MCSE next year
currently i'm a Tier2 Tech Support working in SC Bank
just start working here for a year (1st job)
hold a Diploma with no professional cert.
joined here as a fresh grad with basic RM2.5k
including the OT here i can get around RM4K+ but it's tiring
so i really need to work on something to get my basic pay increase at least to 3K+ to 4K

i was thinking earlier to continue my study but my friend advised me to go for a professional cert.
so here i am, wondering how should i start. my company is sending me for a course: Designing a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory and Network Infrastructure and i figure one this is one of requirement for MCSE. and there are 6 more course i need to attend to (if i'm not mistaken) before i can sit for the MCSE exam. kinda envy my friends that graduated same with me but now their pay is like 5-6k

my question are:
1. will MCSE help me to secure a job in Tier3 role? for example an Exchange Support or AD Support?
2. what other professional cert that can help me in pursuing this role
3. can i get a basic more than 5k with MCSE + experience if i apply for a Tier3 role?

kindly help me coz i'm a bit uncertain of my carreer path overhere..
really appriciate your opinion on this.
