Just to ask, if i am interested to have a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) cert, will i need to complete the exam listed here at http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/ce.../mcts.aspx#tab2 ? How it works? does it mean that if i were to have a MCTS cert for windows techonologies, then i will have to finish the 15 exam listed under windows technologies?

Is a MCTS cert itself enough to secure a good job??
