hi , what professional IT cert you are currently holding? do u have other experience handling other technology like citrix or vmware?
Jason
No cert only plain degree with a expired CCNA (ignorable)
Seriously im only good with server settings. Wintel Fixing, Recovering, Tweakings, batch scripting and lame stuffs like that. So long it runs under Windows, im quite versatile. Backups / Storage / San config comes no problem to me.
4 yrs old co. -> Doing practically all kind of supports (AD/DNS/GPO/Desktop/Security Hardening/Backup/Storage etc)
1 yrs current co. -> Doing Wintel Production Server supports. (Citrix/VMwares/"lame" windows function like patching, monitoring services and reboot server)
Im at infantry level vms. Touched by surface, cuz we have a VM team and project team practically owns the entire design and functional thing.
As for Citrix - client support level, again, never the overall architecture designed level. - Not interested -
I have enough of being support. Its frustrating trying to fix things that result from poor initial concept design. I wanna dive into the project world as lead or even just senior role in a team that make things happen, in a place where i can do architecture designing, system requirements and specifications drawn out. Indeed, i have very shallow experience

and i dont seem to be given a chance to grab hold of that opportunity. Not here, not outside. Nobody giving me a chance.

Im a loser. Everyone love my job, but nobody understand my frustration

But then i suddenly woke up. No point crying. I have to do something about it. But what?
- I need major help -
