No, MDeC only authorized us to conduct Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Data Administrator course. Exam fees are excluded due to bad experience, where students take the exams again and again, without preparing properly. The exam fee is RM 300.

If you are looking at networking, I would say Cisco range of courses in the popular one.

Hello Vincent_ng86, is it possible for me to study on my own and pay only for the exam?

I am on a tight budget, but hungry for certificates.

Thanks for all of your sharing.. I need someone to consult me about my future career path specialize in security. I am thinking to take Comptia Security+ > EC-Council Network Security Administrator (ENSA) >Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)>C HFI> LPT ECSA>CISSP... Is that my planning possible to achieve? and is it going to get me highly paid?

Added on March 26, 2009, 5:25 amIs there any other way which will possibly leading to better prospect, if so please educate me.. thanks.

Before u take CCSP u must take CCNA Security first. If not, even u pass the exam u won't get the cert.
For CCSP, It is quite hard to find reference books within Malaysia.
You can try Amazon.com or go Singapore Fu Yang Complex to find it.
