hello,im new to electric guitar,i wanna find an electric guitar that has fender looks and fender sounds so a friend of mine recommend me a squier by fender brand....can someone recommend me a guitar that suits a beginner like me...im looking for a squier guitar package complete with amp and etc....my budget is below RM1000 and i play rock/alternative/punk/indie genre.
can someone out there please help me..

Hi, yeah you can find it in the installer app. The app is called "Guitar". You can set it to acoustic, bass or electric guitar. Also, if you need a guitar tuner, there is a great app called Funiculus which allows you to tune your guitar to different keys and also has tunings for various string instruments like violin and banjo as well.

The apps are free so they fit into your RM1000 budget nicely though you would require an iPhone for the apps.

poor guy. for ur budget, u can get those beginner pack. but not really recommended. try second hand or buy 1 by 1.

SX Strat @ Woh Fatt, should be around 4-500 MYR
Roland Microcube @ Bentley should be around 380 MYR after discount.

squier fender sounds is almost the same as fender sounds...

get an SX strat .. it comes with the 10w SX amp, straps, bag, and instructional DVD by SX. I think its priced around RM500-600.
