hi to all the ppl here. i got my E71 for almost 2 weeks ad. i crushed my O2 Atom after just 10 months of using it. But never really really regretted crushing it though. cos it gotten me an opportunity to get this wonderful phone.

just one question. i was told by two different Nokia Authorised Shops' (NAS) sales persons that if u buy ori set in any shops other than NAS, u cannot go to Nokia Service Centre for any repairs. hence, i bought it at NAS lor after like 3 weeks going back and forth low yat and sg wang.

the bad thing is i bought it at RM1950 man!!!!

so did i just got short changed?

RM1950 is the retailing price in all Nokia Authorised Shops. the guy in pavillion told me this. and the same goes for the 1Utama one as well. i tought they can be trusted and know their facts, cos they work for Nokia rite??

erm, eye, how do i get the themes that you have posted at #671?? do i have to go to a site to download it?

i totally agree with eye. dark coloured themes make msg reading much much more easier.

but right, i went to E71Blog.com and downloaded a theme. the file is in 'sis' format. i saved it in my memory card and then executed the file from my File Manager. It starts with 'Preparing Installation'. But after a while an error msg pops up and say Certificate Error.

is the file corrupted or something? or am i doing it the right way?

the internet radio is super cool man. I can now listen to all these fav stations that i like anytime anywhere. But it would hv been fantastic if i can listen to it thru loud speaker as well. cos the stock earphones are just cumbersome to use cos i hate wires!!!

Also, the internet radio keeps buffering every 30 seconds or so... My goodness, how to listen to songs la like tat??

hmmm... i tot if i set my smses to be stored in the memory card, there should be no limitations to the number of smses i keep rite?

but then, i get a prompt saying that i hv ran out of memory and must close some applications first. after i hv closed all applications, the same error still pops up.

wats going on??

u guys are having so much fun with the internet radio. but as for me, hmmm.... the radio buffers like every 2 mins. hence, i can't even listen to a whole song without being paused for at least 30 seconds.

i really wonder why, cos i connect to internet radio using wi-fi streamyx in my house. the connection shud be fast, shudn't it?

damn impressive software. cos it supports the auto pagination to fit ur phone screen size. tis means that i dun hv to scroll left and right all the time when reading an ebook. scrolling left and right drives me nuts and dizzy man.

i am dying for it. but unfortunately i couldn't find the 'ahem' version.

does anyone here has any idea??

Added on October 19, 2008, 4:18 pmfinally a new firmware. its was just taking too long. hope they improve the camera picture quality. i dare not even take picture with it man. everything just looks purplish. suck to the max. only one complain. the rest are PERFECT.
