Been readings all the comments made here bout this company. I'm not working in RBC but have friends working there. I think the situation is quite familiar in any company, the political and all those expectation not match from employee or employer. I've been working with local and oversea companies and sincerely what i can say, it will be quite the same thing no matter where you work. If you feel that you are satisfied with your current company, then u dont have to leave the company and stay there till u retired but hence it did not happen that way. M sure at one point of time, u surely want something new, a change in ur working path n career that's why u move to other places. But to suit urself in a new place also take some time. So for those fresh grad, if u got the offer, take it and gain as much experience as u can. For those with years experienced, if u think this place doesnt suit you, go find other PERFECT working place or else set up ur own company which fully suit ur criteria. Bear in mind, with high pay the expect you to give the fullest contribution and commitment to the work. Dont expect to get high pay with goyang kaki only. This is reality so welcome to the real world guys.
M now working in GLC .. and quite happy here. Maybe i will stay here till my retirement. Good place, good benefit. What else can i ask for ..
