QUOTE(Txi @ May 25 2009, 05:11 AM) hahaha Yep it happens ALL this time esp in this country. Is anyone in RBC honest enough to tell me - are there a lot of Indian management there? I bet there is . Was among the first batch that joined .... i guess they should be a year old by now, anyway i left after a while because i felt that the company does not know how to appreciate employees ..... .. Always wonder why companies that set up operations in cyberjaya always seem to spiral down the same path... sad This post has been edited by limYY: Jun 21 2009, 11:01 AM

QUOTE(david8080 @ Jun 21 2009, 07:41 PM) hi lsh, U'll be coming to RBC soon right? and i'm guessing ur a fresh grad? ..... I know RBC been getting hammered lately with negative comments from a lot of people but unless limYY has been working overseas or a fresh grad the reality is it's the same everywhere lah here in malaysia not only for companies in cyberjaya .... the concept that the employee is a partner or an asset working towards a mutual goal of success for both parties is always said but never practiced .. just come and take it as an experience for your resume that's all... it's not like you are looking to retire here ? hey david, Are you working at RBC ? Anyway fyi I'm not a fresh grad and all my work experience has been local also, so i am not so naive to believe that this company is the utopia of the working world in this country, after all it based here in MY so eventually it will follow the "attitude" of most things local but what I'm saying is that everything has a degree to which it measured, some being more than others. Otherwise how does one place a value on something in this world ???? Think about it ..... anyway you're right about the last bit, good or bad the experienced gained by that guy will help for his future endeavors...
