cgpa doesnt matter that much..u're fine as long u r above 3.
dun dream about shift allowance. it is not in yr control, so u cant determine wat u will get. some dun even get any shift allowance..for every extra bucks u take from company, company will make u work that extra effort and u lost a part of your social life |
