Maybe I'm new here but of all the posts that I've read in LYN this is the only one where no one has anything negative to say about the company. Not there anything wrong with that but it does make one wonder that's all ??

Hey,
Did you guys read the post by farah80 regarding the bond by employer , she seems to be in a almost similar situation like you especially those selected to go overseas for training , she accept job that need to send her overseas for training and on the day she start they give document to sign she need to pay back the training cost if she quite within a year or so ..... Did you guys ask about the full terms and conditions before starting and believe most of u haven't started yet right ?? just don't want u guys to be caught off guard ... and end up in the same sticky situation ..... |

QUOTE(asanthadenz @ Jun 12 2009, 06:28 PM) Would you rather get paid well or get paid less and have a company that has a big sign outside the building? lol well it goes to show the credibility of the company lah , a company's name carries a lot of weight, now i'm guessing you are a small fry there assuming you work there of course or you probably work in a support/IT role because your business acumen is way off... Im guessing you didnt get the job at RBC? |

QUOTE(asanthadenz @ Jun 15 2009, 03:43 AM) I mean c'mon, take for example HSBC. "Big Sign", big flashy office etc but every person i know that works there claims they hate the company/job.. not a fair comparison, HSBC has much much more employees than RBC, plus RBC is new there also so the chances of complains from people is smaller but i know a few people who used to work there and left after a few months only... nothing sweet came out of their mouth eitherQUOTE(Vinci777 @ Jun 15 2009, 11:48 AM) Well if the cyber jaya branch is mainly for internal usage and work as a data center, its normal not have a sign board. debatable logic especially about big signboard = small pay for staff but big pay for boss ... but as far as i know this branch is the only one in Malaysia unlike HSBC which is present all over the place.Well, i also knew that the bigger the sign board, the lower ur pay and higher earning for the boss. LOL. This applies for the freshies level. This post has been edited by funnygames: Jun 15 2009, 07:46 PM |
