i hav attended the 2nd interview last week in RBC Dexia. Now i waiting for their reply, hopefully i will get the job.....

I attended the interview last thursday. I have few friends went along too. The HR officer told us that they will contact us within this cuming week. That post the i applied is cash investigation officer. So is that means the chance that i will get the job is low as they didn't inform me immediately??

can i ask whether RBC has jobs for fresh graduate?i cant find in their jobsite and also jobstreet, anyone knows?

hmm i think politics does exist in any company..
if u work in gov office ...so many malays...if u work in chinaman company..so many chinese..and so on...
so u want to work in an office which full of one race? how bout the others? i dun really understand when one race is dominating the company..the other group seems to be not satisfy etc etc..what kind of environment that makes everyone happy then?
im not saying that this co is the best place to work or flawless or something excellent but to be honest so far the overall political environment is not that bad. for some of you maybe your teammate or department have your own political issues..but overall i can say this co is much more better than the one across the road...

just my 2 cents tho..

Was among the first batch that joined .... i guess they should be a year old by now, anyway i left after a while because i felt that the company does not know how to appreciate employees ..... .. Always wonder why companies that set up operations in cyberjaya always seem to spiral down the same path... sad

Are you working at RBC ? Anyway fyi I'm not a fresh grad and all my work experience has been local also, so i am not so naive to believe that this company is the utopia of the working world in this country, after all it based here in MY so eventually it will follow the "attitude" of most things local but what I'm saying is that everything has a degree to which it measured, some being more than others. Otherwise how does one place a value on something in this world ???? Think about it  ..... anyway you're right about the last bit, good or bad the experienced gained by that guy will help for his future endeavors...

i thought all employers should go through the contents in the offer letter with the candidates before signing?
