Expensive or not, im pretty sure that RBC Dexia will be providing some form of funding for the trip.. like weekly allowance etc, and congrats dude for getting the job.. Im pretty sure ill bump into you sooner or later as the office in Cyber is quite small at the moment.

Would you rather get paid well or get paid less and have a company that has a big sign outside the building? lol

Im guessing you didnt get the job at RBC?

well it goes to show the credibility of the company lah , a company's name carries a lot of weight, now i'm guessing you are a small fry there assuming you work there of course or you probably work in a support/IT role because your business acumen is way off...  biggrin.gif  .......  and no i don't work there (work down the road actually) and don't want to either
*
I mean c'mon, take for example HSBC. "Big Sign", big flashy office etc but every person i know that works there claims they hate the company/job..

hi , can anyone share here what is the working hour for RBC staff? because from the job posting info that i saw ,they nvr mention regarding the shift work, but some of u did mentioned this b4.

and hows the employee's development , salary wise, and working environment ?

if possible , pls share what shud some one prepare b4 attend the interview? any tips?
*
Really depends on your position in the company. As far as i know the only department that works on 24/5 shifts are the IT Operations, because they support LUX/UK/AUS/HK/SG/MSIA

The other positions e.g Fund Accounting etc only work on 1 fixed shift, but the shift depends on which country your doing the job.

E.g if your working for Cash Investigation UK or whatever, you start at 2PM and so on.. don't quote me on this as i only work in the IT department.

General Operations means that they just hire you base on your experience etc, after a while they would allocate you to a position you are most experienced for..

Trust me i know smile.gif

They usually send you overseas if it's a new department or unable to bring the trainers over to Malaysia smile.gif.
