Hii Miloaiz...are u sure After ONE month the basic wil increase to RM2500??? not after probation (after 6months) thn just wil increase to 2500??? because in the offer letter stated "Upon confirmation of employment, your salary wil adjsuted to 2500......." Added on April 3, 2011, 6:12 pmThe offer letter was stated "DURING EMPLOYMENT, we need 2months notice to terminated agreement" how about if we are in the probation period??? stil nd 2months notice??? anyone can help?
