going for investment, u might wanna consider ambank or cimb
for these kind of companies, not easily u can get a comprehensive picture of which is better, depends on ur performance in ur role, u'll get wat u deserved

they wan performance and results, u wan money n benefits...as easy as that

should i re apply for FA post? last time application not succeed...

got an email that job has been closed...but no call for interview...

actually in the advert they put min cgpa is 3.25 from recognozid uni..but uni like mmu or other uni which has high quality, cgpa 3.0 oso can.. u try to go to their website n apply to the HR departmnt straight..if u r eligible, they'l cal u very soon..they wont let u to wait very long..

cgpa doesnt matter that much..u're fine as long u r above 3.

dun dream about shift allowance. it is not in yr control, so u cant determine wat u will get. some dun even get any shift allowance..for every extra bucks u take from company, company will make u work that extra effort and u lost a part of your social life

it means the tings they mentioned as travelling allowance 500 + shift allowance 250-750 is fake info is it..?? so, fresh graduates who enters rbc earning ony the basic 2300??

nope, fresh graduates are entitled for travelling allowance 500 and shift allowance as well..

i think what jianjie meant is usually you cant determine which shift you are going to work in.. rbc dexia will allocate you based on your training performance and their needs...

there are several shift for example 3pm - 12pm, 5pm - 2am, 6am-3pm ..and etc

recently they just start a new team for australia, early shift, should be 6am like tat i guess, some of my colleague will be joining that shift next month, or u could be joining existing teams

you will get 2300 + 500 (travel allowance), the shift allowance sweetens the deal, but at the expense of your "normal" life

i went for the interview abt a week ago.. i called the HR to follow up my application....he said "Ur application has already sent to the manager and now waiting for them to set the second interview'

Meaning? i still got da chance for second interview?

just now i got the interview call from rbc..haha..very blur..unexpected..not prepare anything...even the question tell me about urself oso i cannot answer well..huhu....

haha i hate that question "tell me about yourself!"
