I am wondering if anyone here facing the same problem as what I am facing now (just happen today) where the streamyx connection is extremely slow & always get disconnected.

Could it be caused by virus?

Ermm ... I don't mind it being slow ... BUT this is extremely SLOW and i always get disconnected ( to the extend I can't surf at all ).

did u call d streamyx technician?
btw..if u do..ur just wasting ur time
i think they'll ask u to restart ur modem..or restart ur pc = =
hmm i think u shud invite those technician to ur house n fix it immediately

It has been happening for months and the idiots can't seem to fix the problem...the last i was told they will be monitoring my line..mine disconnects whenever i download some stuff or stream videos...really really irritating TMNUT

n now i reli get use wit it~
jz sumtime reli hates tat need to repeat things had send out in msn!!!

my peak time for dc is 12pm, 5-6pm haha
other times still do dc but its not tat frequet as thos peak one~hehe

My streamyx didnt get disconnected for over 1 month...if im not mistaken.
Just restarted my pc yesterday coz too laggy already.

hey, we have same problem TS. My streamyx line has gone crazy since 2 months ago. Call 100 many times already, still they did not solve the problem. But the weird thing is, everytime I call 100, my line suddenly get back to normal. Are they so gatal tangan to turn off-on our line????

P/S : I used to download rapidshare file, 150kb-180kb per second.
