Guys this problem can be caused by BlackRa1n unlock method. pls refer to this site http://www.podzombie.com/2010/03/introduci...-1/#comment-271. this method works for me.

mine is us set software unlocked. as for maxis (official unlocked) maybe due to hardware issues. i think you better send it to maxis centre for repair.
