well...jak othman studio is quite popular and have appeared in the malaysian book of records for something they did...i know one of the branches is located in SS15 above Burger King...I'm just not sure how its like though.

have no idea about the thai boxing...kick boxing many dance club also offer such course...

just learn some self defense , basic ones , u dont have to put yourself from some bone crushing training , hmm , all else fails find a Man who will take care of you

come mmu. learn kick boxing....jak othman got his own web. u can try to search it...it's not dangerous anyway. jus dangerous to those try to disturb....
