My speaker is Creative Gigaworks S750. It's just recently broken down and it's already out of warranty.
Where can I send my Creative Speaker to Repair?

www.creative.com I think you can find it there or workout with some pc shop to RMA for you they charge RM 30 for each item

first of all, what's the problem?

if I remembered clearly, there's a Creative Labs service centre in Menara Lien Hoe, whose address is :

The problem is my speaker can't be powered on. There is no LED on the remote control and there is green LED blinking behind the sub woofer.
Besides that the fuse looked perfectly fine. I look around on the internet, it should be its power supply problem or worse.
Luckily it's not blown like my first one which made my whole house black out. If it does, I will need to buy a new one.

I will try to contact them tomorrow and see how.. "

try checking this out.

Checked it before. The only solution that close enough to my problem is 'Speaker No Power'. But as I mentioned my fuse look
perfectly fine. Anyway I will try to change it later, who know I might get lucky. XD

try asking around at lowyat or digital mall.

I've tried to call Micro-D and C2O. They said they don't do the repairing. They only do claiming and replacement.

did you ask them where you can send it for repair?

I'm not sure... I forgot whether I ask them or not. But I just sent it to the electrical store in puchong.
They said they will have a look at my woofer first and let me know whether it can be repaired or not.

alright. if not, call Micro-D again and ask them if they know of any place to send your speakers for repair. they might and should know.

I just called them this morning. They said they have no idea where to send the creative speaker to repair.

Just wait for the reply from the electronic shop in Puchong. They said they will let me know whether they can repair it or not by today.

it might look nice from outside saja. lol.. i'll cry if my gigawork died lol... but atm i'm using Megawork..

Where you buy it from? You should sent it back to the shop, they'll help you out with the technical problem. Try Plaza Lowyat.

I bought it in Melaka but now I live in Cyberjaya.

Last time I tried to find people to help me to repair my old motherboard in lowyat, it took me half day.

This is the second time it broke down. The first time it totally blown and make my house black out.
Luckily it was under warranty. So Creative replaced it for me with a new one.

but he said he din fix the subwoofer...... maybe his son did it...... last time was it an old man or young guy that fixed ur S750?
Please help, I really 1 my baby fixed.
