Why I ask that Q is basically, its always a 2sided point of view (POV)- one from your perspective as a raider and the other perspective of the raid leader. Usually, a lot of issues/drama happen because both POVs are not aligned.

By me asking you that question above is for you to think about the other POV (from the raid leader) and if need be, facilitate open discussions with the him/her. Find out the reasons you are not being included in the raids - is it a skill issue? gear issue? attitude issue?. Whichever the reason is, work hard on the shortcomings that the raid leader has told you about and then come back and show them that you've fixed them. That way, he/she does not have a reason to not include you in raids.

You're decked out in t4 level gear. The gear in ZA is t5 level gear - I dont understand your rationale that its limited upgrades. Also, you might need to relook into your research cause these are the good stuffs for tanks from ZA.

1st boss = boots
2nd boss = tps sword (its better than the malchezeen u using)
3rd boss = shield
4th boss = nothing I guess
5th boss = helm
6th boss = trinklet, tanking sword/mace/axe (cant rmbr which weapon type it is)

Chest 1 = shoulders
Chest 3 = rings

Now that alone is a shitload of upgrades bro!!!
Gruul also has the shield.

Anyways, the rationale for me asking you to discuss with raid leader is so you can understand the point of view of the other party (raid leader). If you take time to ask and understand the reasons behind it, it will actually help you in the long run. Dont forget, even if you jump ship, you will face the same prob in the other guild - so what do you do? Jump again?

Very minor upgrade + i'm swapping other stats in exchange for other stats.

e.g. Gruul's shield i am losing BV for HR.

But i get ur point... i will stick with my guild.......................for the time being 

agree....if u use rawr, you will find that an upgrade item for you is maybe like 5dps or 8dps max. Some even only 2dps.
and hell, T6 set also give like 10+dps more only....so its still a minor upgrade ?

S4 ain't that ugly.... it's just the helm...
