Sony Ericsson S302 is quad-band GSM/EDGE device with a 2 megapixel camera (no autofocus here). There's also a LED photo flash and the PhotoFix application. The Sony Ericsson S302 is obviously a lower-midrange handset and you can't expect much from it. You also get 20MB of onboard memory, Memory Stick Micro card slot, Bluetooth (A2DP), USB and FM radio.
The S302 stands at only 11mm thickness and weighs the mere 79g. It's got a TFT display with a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels.
The Sony Ericsson S302 is set to be available in Q4 in Thunder Grey and Crystal Blue colors. Official announcement is expected on June 17th. There's no pricing information yet


The Sony Ericsson F305 is again a quad-band GSM/EDGE device. Obviously being a gaming-oriented device it features a built-in accelerometer and three pre-installed games: Bowling, Bass fishing and Jockey. Bowling for example is played by simply swinging the handset as if you are to throw a bowling ball. We wonder how many of you will end up throwing the handset as well? Some of the games can be played in multiplayer mode via Bluetooth. There are also some special gaming keys that you'll notice above the display.
The Sony Ericsson F305 sports stereo speakers, stereo Bluetooth and, wait for it… stereo FM radio. Besides the 2 megapixel camera, the feature list also includes M2 memory card slot and a 2-inch TFT display with a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels. That resolution seems rather inadequate for a gaming device though - but maybe there will be a QVGA device in the future.
The Sony Ericsson F305 will be available in Q3 2008. Official announcement will again be on June 17th. Pricing info is yet unavailable.

that's why it's called a snapshot, cuz it's not a photo. It's about snapping up stuffs, i guess.

where did u read that S series also known as snapshot? coz i dun see S500 being a "snapshot" phone, and as the matter of fact, its build quality is pretty bad too

wah?...SE introducing new model...so many new phone...
isn't the design alike one of the previous model...

it's pretty confusing then, snapshot series but the camera function is the same as other non-cybershot series models (with the exception of G-series and older models such as W810 and K750 of course). it's like there is nothing that can distinguish this S-series from other models, unless it is priced competitively at sub RM300 level as its 2.0MP camera would be the main selling point for a phone at that price level (quite possible since it will be launched by the end of the year)

the PSP copy F305, while S302 built pretty good with 79gram body weight

so if the real PSP phone will come out, then it placed under F series la? f=fun

see the game controller logo button? also the O X buttons there

ya..i do noticed that, nway, if next time they wanna make real psp phone shud hv 4 buttons

not so soon IMO, as game maker need redesign their platform to fit in, screen resolution & license issue

ya...i think the major concern will be battery issue

the F-series is for casual gaming i think (heck, only bundled with 3 games anyway). they have to be cautious to not to repeat nokia's mistake (lol at their n-gage, telefon karipap )

I thought S series is Slide.

SE had been launch a lot of new phones recently, but the designs turn me off. Nothing new
