Brand Preference if any: HTC/ (Ipod touch.) < lulz

Second hand: Yes

QWERTY keyboard: not necessarily

Keypad: Virtual

GPS: doesnt matter.

Bluetooth: Yes

WIfi: Yes

Camera Resolution minimum: 3/5mp.< doesnt really matter

Expandable Memory: Yes

nb: so, i was considering touch HD, diamond 2,cruise 2, pro 2 or even maybe the older version of those.
. web surfing really matters. and applications too, and music and video playing.

are the apps available for winMo on par with the apps for ipod touch?

i got a phone already, and i recently got some extra money, and wanna splurge it on gadgets, as my phone is like 3 years old already.

app support is not on par per se but still a lot to do or windows mobile. The hype for iPhone is much bigger and ao developers are definitely taking advantage of that. The models u have in mind are good and I'd recommend touch HD from your pick

Not many new WinMo phones now with qwerty keyboard, especially when it's almost never used. Only input SIP I use is the default MS keyboard SIP and Swype.

BUDGET RANGE: < RM500

Brand Preference if any: HTC (but any other suggestions welcome)
Second hand: Yes

maximum how long ago released: Anytime
QWERTY keyboard: Either

Keypad: Anything

GPS: Yes

Bluetooth: Yes

WIfi: Yes

Frequent Overseas traveller to Japan and US? or other countries: No

Camera Resolution minimum: Anything

Expandable Memory: Yes

3G : Don't care

HSDPA or higher: Yes

Front Camera: Don't care

Gaming Type: No

Screen Resolution: Don't care

EXTRA NOTE: My husband needs a PDA phone for his work. He isn't the best phone owner so we are looking for something second hand and cheap so scratches aren't a major disaster. His main priorities are GPS, Good enough storage for quite a few contacts (preferably with extra details such as address, multiple numbers etc) and hopefully office mobile.
We are both familiar with HTC so it is a preferred brand but would consider any of the main brands which fall within the budget.

Thanks in advance for your advice

Get the HTC Touch Cruize or Touch Cruize 2009. If you don't mind having a non-HTC phone I have a mWG Zinc II which have GPS and a sliding qwerty keyboard, i don't selling it to you for cheap.

I traded my Vivaz for OmniaPro B7610. Really satisfied.

No words can express what i am feeling now after a horrid time with Vivaz.

Vivaz is a good phone. It is just that i prefer QWERTY phones. There are sms thati don't reply simply coz of the virtual keyboard. After 5 months trying , it is just not my type. BUt the video recording and pictures in Vivaz are excellent. I know coz i recorded my wife's operation with it.

Same. Prefer physical keyboard but prefer touchscreen phones. So have to go with N900, Desire Z or X10 Mini Pro
