i agree, the tytn2 brand new u can get RM 2050, i'm selling anyway. dunno if outside higher. it can do medium gaming, but doesnt have accelerometer. but i think its worth the price with the qwerty

HTC G1 no warranty here and SiS will not take it in for repairs as it has the T-mobile branding.

For which? TyTN II or G1?

If for TyTN II, search for the TyTN II thread in the PDA Specific Discussion

If for G1, there's a thread somewhere in the Specific Phone Discussion.

if u just wanna test the concept of a pdaphone, then go for second hand. good choices would be the cheap DOpod D810, or the qwerty 838pro in case u change your mind about qwerty.

otherwise brand new, no such thing as cheap, and superb quality.

yea, well, again, i recommend a second hand 838pro or Dopod D810. They're old models, but they are the most reliable pdas, and far out perform models of the same price (around 1k)

Actually I agree with Baronic; was about to suggest a second hand unit too. Don't worry you can find some in their superb condition.

I don't know how cheap is considered cheap to you, but don't buy a device too cheap (below RM1000) that it might just totally spoil your first PDA experience.

Because you didn't state your budget, I would just suggest a second hand HTC, any HTC that you can afford and meet your requirements. Or any of the ASUS reported good.

redsky, dopod d810 and Dopod 838pro second hand are actually more powerful than both those devices.

@danielkhoo, both those devices are virtual keypad.

both specs are actually exactly the same. the main difference is in design, and screen resolution

i recommend Touch Pro. The resolution is much easier to run games and softwares cuz its more standard, compared to WVGA. also, the Xperia also slightly longer the screen, its also NARROWER!

I guess not only sikit oh. At least by RM800 for a brand new set.

I'm a Touch Cruise user, loved the wheel dial too at first, but ended up, I hardly use it; it's faster and more convenient to use drag.

Back to the topic, if you must have a new set, yeah you can go for the Viva I guess but as mentioned, it's a low end device, which is....low end but still, it can do what a PDA suppose to do. Compare its specs with others.
