Well, assuming you're playing ghost mode only and you have 50 plays on your card;

an average 12km race on highways will take 4 minutes average. So, 60/4 = 15 games.

and from that 15 games, take out another 4 minutes to minus out the loadings and ghost selections so on average, one can do about 13-14 games per hour, without ejecting the card.

So, the calculation:

1 hour = RM 3
14 games= RM 7
Total= RM10 per hour.

and if one purchased the 3 hours package, there's free tokens also. I forgotten izzit 9 tokens or 12 tokens. So, the average total cost will be

3 hours= Rm3 x3 = RM9
14 games/hour= RM 7 x 3 = RM 21
Free tokens= 9 piece= -RM 4.50
Total= RM 9 + RM 21 - RM 4.5 = RM 25.50 for every three hours
